This suspended ceiling light is a reissue of the model designed by Pierre Paulin in 1950, an exclusivity for Ligne Roset. Suspended ceiling light in white lacquered repoussé aluminium repoussé, semi matt. Anti-reflective plate. White PVC cable (2 m cable length). LED bulb, E27, 8W , lumens : 880 Lm, Colour temperature : 2700 K.

The lampshade in cone shape is entirely made in mouth-blown glass (in one piece). The base of the cone (closed) is sandblasted to soften the diffusion of the light emitted by the LED module located at the top of the cone. The LED support is made of machined aluminium with a brushed finish. Dimensions of the lampshade: Height = 31 cm for a ø of 34 cm at its base. Ø from the opening to the top of the cone = 7.3 cm. 2 m metal cable, adjustable height by means of a “coulistop”. 2.50 meter transparent PVC electrical cable. Brushed aluminium lacquered ceiling fitting + transparent epoxy varnish; diameter 12 cm H= 3 cm. 12V LED module of 4.5 W, with a diffusion angle of 120°, colour temperature 2700K (warm white), 1100 Lumens. LEDs are interchangeable (at the factory). Non-dimmable LED module.

Stem made of 30 x 30 mm metal corners (25 x 25 mm for the arm). Laser cut steel base, 12 mm thick, oval shape (46 cm long axis x 36 cm). Stem and base in a finely textured Satin black Epoxy lacquer finish. Polyethylene (PE) lampshade, white roto mouded microblasted in the shape of a ''pebble'' diam 46 cm  H = 17.5 cm,  suspended by its cable at the end. Round textile electric cable, colour Havana (brown). Black foot switch. 8W GX53 LED bulb, colour warmth 2700 K (warm white), 670 Lumens. Polyethylene (PE) lampshade, white roto mouded microblasted in the shape of a ''pebble'' diam 46 cm  H = 17.5 cm. Pavillion ø10.5 cm ; H = 3 cm, finely textured Satin black Epoxy lacquer finish. RUFLETTE

A rufflette is a thick strip of tape which is sewn to the top of curtains so they can be gathered, to which curtain hooks can be attached.
With this suspended light by Marie-Christine Dorner, a tall rufflette is wrapped around the outer edges of the widest part of the shade and it is this which, by pleating the cotton chintz, enables regular pleats to be formed on its two slopes. A classic technique for a contemporary and very charming design.
Shade in 100% cotton fabric, mounted on a rufflette like a curtain. May be taken apart for cleaning.

Its silhouette will float above a low table or dining table, thanks to a metal piece which is as long as the adjustable cable. Created by Pierre Guariche in 1955, this model comprises a perforated metal grille and an authentic Fresnel lens, through which the light is diffused. Suspended light composed of a cylinder in painted, perforated steel (body and black stem). Support for lens in painted aluminium. Fresnel lens in pressed glass. Dimmer: to be used with a compatible bulb. Requires an E 27 cap bulb (not included). Max. 11 W dimmable LED. Supplied equipped with a 3 m cable and aluminium ceiling fitting for 3G1.5 cable – class 1 – supply 220-240V 50/60Hz.

Shade in satin black lacquered steel wire (Ø 3 mm) or in transparent lacquered copper-plated steel wire (Ø 3 mm). It is possible to mount 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 shades upside-down or right side up to create a multitude of different suspended ceiling lights. However, it is not possible to create compositions completely as you like, in that it is vital to always be symmetrical at the very least, with more shades pointing downwards than upwards.
The electrical fittings (to be ordered separately) comprise 1 x 23W E 27 compact fluo globe bulb Ø 120, colour 827 (warm white), 1 x 2m black electric cable and 1 x ceiling fitting.
